Trang is a metropolis southeast of the port city Krabi, in southern Thailand. It’s referred to as a gateway to the seashores, islands and limestone mountains of Trang Province. Northeast of the town is Khao Pu–Khao Ya National Park. It’s house to Tham Matcha Pla Won, a cave with a deep, fish-filled pool. Nearby is Riang Thong Waterfall. Southwest is Hat Chao Mai National Park, encompassing Ko Kradan’s island seashores.
